3 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Beat eggs with an electric mixer on medium speed until light yellow. Add milk, continue beating for one minute. Stir in remaining ingredients pour batter into greased muffin tins. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes reduce temperature to 350 without opening oven door and continue baking 25 to 30 minutes or until golden. Insert knife into each popover to allow steam to escape.
Makes 1 dozen
