if you are too heated, it will cool you:
if you are depressed, it will cheer you:
if you are excited, it will calm you.

First, Last, and Always

The Old Testament cries: BEHOLD, HE COMES!

The Gospels declare: BEHOLD, HE IS BORN!

Then they declare: BEHOLD, HE DIES!

Acts declares: BEHOLD, HE LIVES!

The Epistles join in with, BEHOLD, HE SAVES!

The Apocalypse finalizes with the Hallelujah chorus:
                 
                         BEHOLD, HE REIGNS!

It is Jesus.......

          first,

                       last,

                                    and all the way through!
