3 teaspoons prepared horseradish
3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/8 teaspoon dried dillweed
1 clove garlic minced
Mix all ingredients together refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or longer) for flavors to blend.
Good on French Dip sandwiches, French fries and lunchmeats.
