1 package (1 pound 2 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1 container (4 ounces) red candied cherries, chopped
1 container (4 ounces) green candied cherries chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Let dough set out at room temperature 15 minutes.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a small bowl, combine flour and allspice.  Break up dough in a large bowl.  Sprinkle flour mixture over dough, stir until flour is incorporated.  Stir in cherries and walnuts.  Drop teaspoonfuls of dough 2" apart onto a greased baking sheet.  Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.  Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool.  Store in an airtight container.
Yield: about 41/2 dozen cookies
