Ranch Potato Skins

4 baked potatoes, halved
1/4 cup sour cream
1 oz packet ranch dressing mix
Cheddar cheese, shredded

Scoop out potatoes and combine cooked potatoes with sour cream and dressing mix.  Fill potato skins with this mixture and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.  Bake in a 8X8 dish for 12 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
