16 ounces white candy coating, chopped
1 package (11 1/2 ounces) milk chocolate chips
3 cups chopped pecans toasted
1 package (6 ounces) sweetened dried cranberries, chopped
In a heavy large saucepan, combine candy coating and chocolate chips. Stirring constantly, melt chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat; stir in pecans and cranberries. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets lined with waxed paper. Let stand at room temperature until firm. Store in a single layer in an airtight container in a cool place.
Yield: about 6 dozen candies
