Tangy Beef Brisket

This is a different take on a brisket.  Nice once in awhile for a change.

3 to 4 lb brisket trimmed
8 oz bottle Catalina dressing
12 oz bottle chili sauce
Place brisket in a large baking pan.  Mix together dressing and chili sauce then pour over the brisket.  Cover and bake at 350 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

Serves 4 to 6
