I just purchased a cookbook from a local community fire department and this recipe was in it. Haven't tried it yet but with the garden produce coming in, I thought it would be good to try.
sliced zucchini
sliced tomatoes
sliced onions
sliced potatoes
oregano
salt and pepper
parsley
hamburger
shredded cheese
Layer the four vegetables in baking dish. Season with oregano, salt, pepper and parsley. Put in a 350 degree oven till potatoes are done. While this is baking, brown hamburger and drain. Take dish out of oven. Top with hamburger and shredded cheese, returning to oven till cheese melts.
