12 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips
11 1/2 ounce package butterscotch chips
2 1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts
4 cups chow mein noodles
Melt together chocolate and butterscotch chips in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Remove from heat, add peanuts. Stir in noodles until well coated. Press into a buttered 13X9 baking pan. Chill until set. Cut into squares. Makes 2 dozen.
So simple and it really disappears off a cookie plate.
