Good on sugar cookies
1/4 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 to 3 tablespoons milk
Mix together all ingredients except the milk. Add milk, slowly until a smooth frosting consistency is reached. Makes 1 cup.
