2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (16-oz) package chocolate-flavored candy coating, melted
In a medium bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs and butter, stirring well.
Spoon 1 teaspoon melted chocolate into bottom of a miniature-sized paper baking liner, let cool. Press 1 teaspoon peanut butter mixture over chocolate, pressing to edges of liner. Spoon melted chocolate over peanut butter to cover, let cool
Makes about 10 dozen chocolate cups
