Creole Seasoning

2/3 cup cayenne pepper
1/2 cup plus 2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup onion powder
1/4 cup chili powder
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons pepper

In a bowl combine all ingredients. Store in a ziploc container for up to 6 months.

Yield: About 2 cups
