Criss Cross Coasters

I saw this pattern about 9 months ago or so and finally tied one this afternoon. It was so easy and fun. I did a 6" with batting. Thinking with the big mugs of hot chocolate or soup. Would love to do some more tonight. Maybe 8" for potholders.

A couple minor things I will remember for next time. The material you put down on the bottom gets turned inside (so my lighter ended up on the bottom. One solid piece.) And the material when laid on the block gets the raw edge turned to the outside. I have one piece that I have to the inside.

That is why you have a practice run. I have a new coaster for the craft room now.
