1 1/4 cups butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter (can use crunchy)
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
5 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large bowl, beat butter and peanut butter at medium-high speed with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add cream, beating until combined. Gradually add confectioners' sugar, beating until smooth. Beat in vanilla.
Or the one I normally use (I know the easy way out)
1 can of vanilla frosting
3/4 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
Milk
Mix the vanilla frosting, with the peanut butter and add in very little milk to make it smooth.
