18 oz pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
3 oz, pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups assorted fresh fruit, sliced into bite-size pieces
1/3 cup apple jelly, melted
To form crust, press cookie dough into a 12" pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden, then set aside to cool. Beat together cream cheese, brown sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Spread on cooled cookie crust. Arrange sliced fruit on top and brush melted jelly over fruit. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
Maybe a few pecans sprinkled over the top before the jelly? Or walnuts?

This is a new twist. I usually see fruit pizza with an apricot glaze but apply jelly sounds just as delicious.
