Cranberry Relish

I ran across this while reading cookbooks awhile back but haven't tried it yet.

1 pkg. washed cranberries
2 whole washed oranges
Put through meat grinder.  Add 1 cup of sugar.  Let set overnight.  Use 1/2 the mixture with large carton of whipped topping.  Freeze other half for later.

Interesting! Peel and pith and everything? I wonder what it tastes like?

I would peel and take off the white on oranges.

Use a star cookie cutter (or other) and cut out shape to decorate the dish and remove before eating.
