Nice to add to trays
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
40 caramels unwrapped
5 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons water
1 cup peanuts, chopped
Melt (over hot water) chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Stir until smooth. Pour half of mixture into 8X8" baking pan, spreading evenly. Refrigerate until firm. In saucepan, combine caramels, margarine and water, heat until smooth. Add nuts and pour over chocolate mixture. Then reheat other half of chocolate mixture, pour over caramel layer. Set several hours until firm.
