Curry Dip for Shrimp Cocktail

1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons onion grated
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

Combine all ingredients, blend well. Cover and chill before serving.  Makes about 1 cup.

That's a new twist on a dip for shrimp cocktail and we love curry. Must try this one this holiday season.
