1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
3/4 cups crushed pineapple
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Mix all ingredients together and drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
