Giant Heart Cookie

Mix up a batch of your favorite chocolate chip cookie dough. Spread the dough into an 8" or 9" heart-shaped baking pan (dough should cover the bottom of the pan and be about 1/4" thick). Bake as usual, until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly and turn your giant cookie out of the pan onto a cooling rack. When completely cooled, pipe colorful icing around the edge and write a special message inside.
