Noel Ice Cream Cups

These go over really good. Kind of a change from all the baked goodies.

1 quart vanilla ice cram softened
1/4 cup pecans toasted and chopped
2 tablespoons red and green maraschino cherries
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup candy coated chocolates chopped

In a medium bowl combine the ice cream, pecans, cherries and extracts, mixing well. fold in the candy coated chooolates, reserving some for garnish. Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups and freeze for 30 minutes. Before serving sprinkle with the reserved chopped candy coated chocolates. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
