3-oz package cream cheese softened
1 stick margarine
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
3/4 cup brown sugar packed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup pecans chopped
Prepare dough by mixing cream cheese, margarine and flour together and chill for 1 hour.
In a large bowl, mix egg, brown sugar and salt mix well. Blend in vanilla and pecans. Roll dough into 24 balls. Press into tart shells and form into cups. Fill with pecan mixture and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool slightly and remove from pans.
