Butter Pecan Ice Cream

Years ago we made this very often. Hard to find the Butter Pecan Instant Pudding around here.

4 eggs
1cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 8 oz. cool whip thawed
1 small box package butter pecan instant pudding
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1/2 gallon milk
Pecans (we use a food processer to break them up alittle)

Mix together and pour into freezer to make.

Took a look at your sewing projects. You make such nice things! I love the little Santa ornament. And I love the idea of making 'seasonal' covers for the weight you use to keep papers in place at work.
