I have been looking for new recipes to try and here is one that I thought sounded good.
8 oz. Colby Jack Cheese shredded
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
16 oz. bacon bits or crisp fresh bacon bits
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
26 oz. round loaf bread
Stir together all ingredients except bread and set aside. Hollow out bread, reseving the torn pieces. Spoon dip into bread and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve with torn bread or sliced apples.
