Several recipes out there I know and here is another. Most I see uses powder sugar and this is regular sugar.
1 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1/4 cups sugar
3 cups powdered milk
Dash of salt
Combine cocoa, sugar, powdered milk and salt. Keep in an airtight container at room temperature,
To prepare add 3 tbsp mix to 6 oz. hot water and stir.
Yield 5 1/4 cups of mix
