Another recipe that I am hoping to try before Christmas. We always make Fannie Mae Fudge and Peanut Butter Fudge (from 2 ingredients) on our trays but this sounds good.
2 lbs. powered sugar
1 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 cup or 2 sticks margarine
1 cup pecan pieces
Place sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine in large microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Blend well. Fold in pecan pieces. Pour into greased pan ( appox. 7 1/4 x 11 1/2). Refrigerate for 20 minutes or longer before cutting.
