1 1/2 pounds glycerin soap base
double boiler
peppermint oil
3 to 4 oz round soap molds
6 round peppermint candies in cellophane
Melt soap base in a double boiler over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add a few drops of peppermint oil. Immediately pour into round soap molds.
Submerge a candy, its cellophane wrapper intact in center of each bar of soap. Let set for 3 hours or longer. Remove bars of soap from molds.
Fill gift boxes with shredded pink paper, place in soap and wrap with ribbon.
