Strawberry Fudge Balls

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup (6 ounce) semisweet chocolate morsels melted
3/4 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 cup strawberry preserves

Coatings: 1 cup almonds toasted and finely chopped (change the nuts out for other ones if wanted), powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa

Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer util fluffy. Add melted chocolate, beating until smooth. Stir in wafer crumbs and preserves, cover and chill 1 hour.

Shape mixture into 1" balls and roll in almonds, powdered sugar or cocoa. Store in an airight container in refrigerator up to 1 week or freeze up to 1 month.
