1 package (10 ounces) Bavarian style hard pretzels
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Place pretzels in a single layer on a baking sheet. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder; stir until well blended. Brush butter mixture over top of each pretzel. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until dry to the touch. Cool on baking sheet. Store in an airtight container.
Yield: about 20 pretzels
