Tiny Taco Meatballs

2 eggs
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 envelope taco seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds ground beef

Taco sauce optional

In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture; mix well, Shape into 1" balls. Place meatballs on a greased rack in a shallow baking pan.

Bake at 400 for 14-18 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Serve with taco sauce if desired.

Yield: 14-16 servings
