I have made these in the past and they were well received.
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 sleeve round buttery crackers
2 12 ounce packages semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
Spread one tablespoon peanut butter on each cracker; set aside. Place chocoate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high setting for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every 15 seconds, until melted. With tongs, dip each cracker into melted chocolate, coating well. Place on wax paper; let cool and harden. Store in an airtight container. Makes 2 dozen.
Can be decorated with sprinkles, if desired.
