Crab & Shrimp Stuffed Bacon-Wrapped Jalapenos

I don't eat any peppers except green peppers, but DD's BF loves jalapenos and my DH will eat them so I look for recipes. Haven't tried these yet.

1 small can crab meat, drained
1 small can shrimp, drained
1 package cream, softened
about 16-20 jalapenos
1 package bacon

Mix crab meat and shrimp with cream cheese-set aside. Wash and halve lengthwise jalapenos (do not rub or touch eyes). Stuff jalapenos with cheese mixture. Cut bacon strips in half and wrap one piece around each jalapeno. Secure with toothpick. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 until bacon is crispy and cheese melts

I love peppers of all kinds and these sound wonderful. I also wanted to let you know how much I liked the snowman ornament in you last post.

Please stop by The Old Parsonage, I love visitors and I've been posting Christmas in July this month!

Enjoy!
