3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons sugar
8 cups popcorn, popped
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter slowly: gently mix in spices and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth. Place popcorn in a large heatproof bowl. Pour butter mixture over popcorn tossing to coat all pieces. Approximately 8 cups.
