I found this recipe the other day in a cookbook that I have checked out from the library and I want to try it.
Chicketti
1 chicken, cooked and boned (or 2 cups cooked chicken breasts)
2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 small onion chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cups spaghetti, broken and cooked
1 lb. Cheddar cheese grated
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Combine all ingredients; bake in a greased 9X13" pan for 45 minutes at 350.
I did make it for supper. I do think it is a keeper. The boys (a 19 yr. old and my 25 yr son) thought there could be less onions and peppers while my DH thought could use more. I used 2 cups chicken and next time I will use 3 or 4 to put more meat in.
