This is what I do after changing a recipe that used devil foods cake and coffee.
1 brownie mix for a 13 X 9 size (can use any-depends on your taste for richer or not)
2 boxes chocolate instant pudding
heath bits
cool whip
pecans
Mix pudding and let it set up. Cook brownies as directed and cool completely. Break up the brownies and put a layer in the bottom of a trifle dish, layer some of the pudding, some of the heath pieces, cool whip and then few pecans if desired. Repeat layers.
So simple and people LOVE it!
