Sedum seems to have alot of caterpillars liking it

We are starting to pick some fall cucumbers

Last night Allen caught 2 of our sheep for a guy that was going to take them to his farm today and bring them back tonight but something must of went wrong at the farm because he had to cancel. The white one is Frosty and Wombles is the brown one. Wobbles was raised by Jaymee. We really thought she wouldn't make it and Jaymee took her and cared for her. She is so tame.

The cats are a mother (the more colored one) and daughter.

My Monday job

This all started with an icemaker leak. The fridge sits on the wall behind my closet.

As you can tell my room is in need of a more up to date look so hoping maybe to redo in brown/turquoise by next spring. Now just to get everything back into the closet. At least it will get completely gone thru and clothes taken out!

My morning walk

I went walking alittle after 7 this a.m. and the sun was so pretty coming up.

When I got to the end of the 1/2 mile road it started to rain and there was a rainbow.

I don't like this stuff but it is turning a pretty shade.

From across the road my house. Porch is not fully decorated yet. The sunflowers that come along the fence must be started by birds and I don't have the heart to pull them out. You can watch several birds on them when seeded but sure makes things look raggy.

This road was dry when starting out. I was completely damp when I got home but that was okay. Also saw the wonders of spider webs from the ground up to the tree leaves.

Top picture is my daughter and her boyfriend on couch, my nephew in chair by his girlfriend and her daughter, my husband in rocker, son on floor, the couple with the back of the heads is the bridal couple from the day before.

The other picture is my 2 great aunts, mom at the head and my sister in blue.

The one cabinet on the shelves is all my Gooseberry Cookbooks. I believe I have all the spiral ones that they have printed. The china cabinet was my great grandparents.

Nature

The first is a picture of a mushroom Hens of the Woods that I found growing by a birdbath in our yard.

The deer crossed in front of my husband and I as we walked on Friday morning. Then when we got up there I saw it standing and watching us.

It was a beautiful day!!! Everything was so pretty and went fine. Danielle is a sweet girl and we welcome her to the family!

I wish I would of gotten a picture when the rainbow was brighter. Looked so pretty up over the fields.

Don't you love this color

The Baptist Church here in Ashley closed its door and this was a dish there. I was raised in the church and attended it until I was married. We purchased a few pews from it too. I also got the desk and chair that my grandpa use to use when he was the sec. for years and years.

Nature

I walked this a.m. alittle over half a mile. Not far but just starting back out today so..... If it isn't raining I will go later. My drive is at the far end of picture. A rock road with fields and woods thru out. It is a mile if I walk it all and back.

These 2 pictures are volunteers from a pot last year. I lover it when things like this happen. So do the hummers.

The sedum is starting to turn. Wild morning glories coming up.
