Yesterday afternoon I made cookies and had bread in 2 loaves rising on the stove and they weren't doing to good so I took a couple bath towels off a stack I was folding and 2 kitchen towels and made a tent to capture the heat from the oven when cookies were done and I opened the door alittle. Worked good!

I've had to do that before when I was making rolls. Always works well for me!
