Was up about 5 to put a roast on for supper to make shredded bbq and I decided to do the zucchini all up that we had given to us. Shredded 6 cups for the freezer and I made 6 big loaves and 4 little ones of bread. Gave some away, put 2 in the freezer will take one to work tom.. That is my daily 24 cups of hummingbird cooling in the back.

A good days work, they look beautiful! I love zuc. bread...that is a bunch of Humm. bird food..wow..I make a gallon about once a week. Hope they love your bread, so nice of you to share. :D
