Teigan

Ryan and Jaymee took Teigan to the balloon fest so of course great grandma (holding her), grandpa and I went to see her reactions.  She loved watching the people, watching little kids run around and then loved watching kids with these balloons so grandpa got her one.  She loved hitting it and it bouncing back to her.
