Satisfaction---I hope
Well, I just got off the phone with the manager I talked to last week and he said that he was just going to replace the computer!!!! Since we have made so many trips just for it. I wonder if talking to the other manager had anything to do with it or not! Who cares----Happy Dance!

Lana, I am glad they are going to do the right thing by you. That is just crazy what you have been putting up with. Make sure the warranty is the full warranty on your new one also. :)
