Lemon Vanilla Bark

For the lemon lovers.

4 1 ounce squares white melting chocolate, chopped
4 ounce package hard lemon candies, coarsely crushed

Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl: melt according to package directions. Stir in 3/4 of the crushed lemon candies; spread in a jelly-roll pan sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Sprinkle remaining crushed candy on top, pressing lightly; refrigerate until firm. Break apart and store in an airtight container. Makes about 1/2 pound.
